INSALATA DI POMODORI – Tomato Salad
Ingredients
6 ripe tomatoes
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Oregano
2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
Cut the tomatoes and then slice each piece into wedges and place in a shallow bowl or serving dish.
Sprinkle with oregano, chopped basil and salt. Drizzle oil over tomatoes and let marinate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 4
